Is there a minimum order to become a dealer?
No heavy commitment to start: begin with a trial unit on a real site and judge us on delivery, quality and service. Volume tiers and the discount policy kick in as your offtake grows.
Which territories are open for dealers?
Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and J&K. We actively protect dealer territories: we do not retail against our own dealers or quote end-customers in your area.
What support do I get on warranty claims?
A written process: report on WhatsApp with the serial number, remote triage within one business day, and advance replacement from our local stock on confirmed faults — so your site is live again while the paperwork runs. Everything we supply carries a 10-year onsite warranty, with no model excluded.
Do you provide credit?
New accounts start on advance payment — as is standard in the trade — and move to short credit terms against a clean track record. The ladder is printed on our dealer terms, so there are no surprises.
