Why hill solar needs hill-ready equipment
- Weather sealing: SolarYaan string inverters up to 33 kW and the hybrids are rated IP65, the 35 to 136 kW commercial models and the All-in-One IP66, and the micro inverters IP67.
- Temperature range: the SolarYaan All-in-One is rated for −20 to 55 °C. For other models, confirm the datasheet with your quote.
- Complex roofs: hill homes rarely offer one big south-facing plane. SolarYaan three-phase string inverters from 5 to 33 kW have two MPPTs and the three-phase hybrids three, so two roof faces can run on separate trackers. For small or split roofs there are SolarYaan micro inverters.

Himachal is a special-category state, so the PM Surya Ghar central subsidy for homes is ₹33,000 per kW for the first 2 kW and ₹19,800 for the third, up to ₹85,800. It needs DCR modules, and net metering is through HPSEBL. We supply the equipment, including Adani DCR panels, and help with the documents. How the subsidy works.
